Referral

Referral:  In some situations, clients will present with concerns that require a diagnosis, testing, or other type of assessment that is not available at UCS. For example, UCS does not provide diagnoses or testing services required for accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. In other situations, a student may already have a diagnosis and need more specialized services and/or medical monitoring than is available at UCS. In other cases, there may be treatment approaches that have been proven more effective for certain problems and those treatment options are not available at UCS. Referrals to appropriate services and/or practitioners will be provided in these circumstances.

The following is a listing of various agencies and individuals in private psychiatric, psychological or counseling practice in the Kirksville area. This listing is provided for the purpose of referral only and is not intended as an endorsement of any individual or service.
