Daytime Emergency During Working Hours
If you are in a crisis right now and it is between the hours of 8:00-11:30am or 1:00-5:00pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), please call UCS at 660-785-4014 or come by our office at 202 East Patterson Street, just west of E.C. Grim Hall.Evening or Weekend Emergency
If you are in a crisis right now and it is not during traditional working hours, and it is a emotional crisis UCS staff may be contacted through the police dispatcher at 660-665-5621. When you call this number you will be speaking to a police dispatcher. They will take your contact information and will call a UCS counselor at home. We will then call you back soon thereafter to see how we can best help you through your crisis.If this is an after-hours medical or safety emergency, please call 911.
