Try writing things down to help you sort it all out
- Talk to a friend – just talking to someone can help
- Try to put things in perspective
- Tackle what you can do and let yourself off the hook with the rest for a while
- Make a real effort too relax a little so you can get a grip on things – too much worry & anxiety will exhaust you
